Saunalaituri Höyry

Located in Janhuanniemi, just a couple of kilometres from the Market Square in Uusikaupunki, the self-service sauna Saunalaituri Höyry welcomes visitors all year round, daily from 10 am to 10 pm.

“It’s easy to reach us on foot, by bike or by car – and parking is free,” say entrepreneurs Minna Vainio and Ville Laiho.

The sauna offers one-hour public sessions (maximum 15 people per 

session), which can be conveniently booked and paid for online. Employee wellness benefits are also accepted as a payment method. The sauna can also be reserved for private use – for families, friends, work teams or companies. Heated changing rooms, toilet facilities and an excellent swimming spot make the experience enjoyable even in winter.

Next to the sauna, the Höyry’s log-built Hellin is available for booking during the summer season. This covered and atmospheric venue 

accommodates around 20 people. By separate arrangement, a party tent can also be provided, increasing the capacity by approximately 30 people. Hellin is a perfect setting for celebrations, meetings or relaxed evenings by the sea.
