Ravintola Wiku

A SEASIDE RESTAURANT STEEPED IN HISTORY

Restaurant Wiku

The name Wiku has its roots in history. On this very site, there once stood a rubber repair shop, Kumi-Vikman, in front of which were the city's first fuel pumps for boats. Local fishermen would stop by to refuel, relying on their trusted Wickström boat engines—nicknamed "Wikus."

Today, the restaurant has been modernized with a contemporary twist, offering a delicious and diverse buffet lunch on weekdays, as well as a carefully crafted à la carte menu. "We focus on fresh and popular flavors, using clean and responsibly sourced ingredients," says restaurant owner Taina Aalto.

On weekends, the restaurant comes alive with karaoke and live music. "Our cozy, glass-covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy great company and the incredible atmosphere of the Town Bay," adds business partner Tanja Nyberg.

For those arriving by boat, Wiku has its own dock, making access easy from the water. Both Wiku and the neighboring "Pikku-Wiku" spaces are available for private events, and the fully equipped meeting facilities provide an excellent venue for business gatherings as well.

Restaurant Wiku – A perfect blend of history, flavors, and unforgettable moments by the sea!
